3 methods of improving speaking
In this blog, I will write to you about 3
methods of improving speaking and how to use them.
As always I want to mention that speaking is the most important and significant part of any language. You can learn not only English but also any other languages using these 3 methods of learning that I will mention:
1. Mirror:
This method takes only 5-10 minutes. Stay in front of the mirror and start to speak with yourself, for example, praise yourself (it can be either your character or appearance). In this way, you increase your motivation as well as you will speak in English. Every time choose a new topic and speak about it. You also learn new words and structures of sentences as well.
2. Text:
Read texts not longer than 10-15 sentences (the number of sentences can be more, it depends on your level (beginner, elementary, pre-intermediate etc.)), read it loudly, understand it, if it’s necessary even translate it, and then learn that text. As a next step tell that text yourself out loud. Using this method you can improve your language skills as well as your memory. This method is one of the most effective ones.
3. Music:
This one is my lovely. Of course, everybody has their own lovely foreign music.
We should use our lovely ways of learning any languages in order to learn that
language perfectly and without tiring. So, this method is one of the best and
effective one for a short time. You will be sure about it during use of this
method.
Let’s turn to the method, firstly you have to listen to that music, then find and read the words of that music and if it’s necessary, if you don’t understand, translate it or find lyrics with translation from any site and any language that you know the best (in most cases it will be your native language), after that learn all words that you don’t know, finally listen (it’s better to use headphones) and sing that music in any place and at any time out loud, of course by paying attention to its accent and pronunciation, but it won’t be difficult because you will sing according to the rhythm and speed of the music. You can change the music after a week, but be sure that you sing the first song fluently.
❗Pay attention to the accent and pronunciation of the music. I recommend music like “Let her go” and “Impossible”.
❗❗Firstly start with slow and lyric music in order to stay motivated and learn easily.
